We’ll set up a short consult to see if we could be a good fit for your business. During that time we’ll chat about your business, needs, goals and we’ll tell you the ins and outs of our offerings. Then we’ll cap things off by answering any other questions you have.
Pre-project Logistics
If we find we’re a good fit, the next step is to take care of your project logistics. This will include a contract for your services, your first month’s invoice and completing your pre-project homework to make sure we have everything we need when we kick off your project.
It’s Show time!
We’ll kick off your retainer by completing our audit process and creating your social media strategy. Then we’ll present it for approval and get down to the fun part — creating content and managing your account!

Yes! We know everyone's needs are different so we can create customized packages specifically for you.

Upon signing with us, you'll receive your pre-project homework which will walk you through everything we will need. Some of the basics include:
logins for your accounts,
access to your brand guide (if you have one)
any photos or graphics you would like us to incorporate into your strategy

You'll start your campaign with us by completing a questionnaire. This will give us a background on your accounts + go over your goals for the campaign. From there we will complete a social media audit on your accounts and create a strategy that will outline the tactics we will be implementing. Once approved, we will move into management and create content calendars on a weekly basis.

That depends on the package you select! Our standard packages include between 3 and 5 posts each week. In addition to the posts going up on your account though, we'll also provide community management services to reply to comments or questions on your account during business hours. Plus we'll also be providing active social networing with others on the platform. Content creation is just one piece of our campaigns!

We know how important engagement services are for organic growth on your account so you can expect up to an hour of outbound engagement each week. This includes liking and commenting on posts of people you are following, those following you, through hashtags, and the explore page.

Yes! If you are a product-based business, you can mail us products to photograph for your social media accounts. Not a product-based business or short on assets? We'll utilize commercial-licensed stock photos, create custom graphics and use user-generated content when possible.

Yes! We're big analytic nerds ourselves. Each month you'll receive a report with the highlights from your campaign and key metrics so that you can track the campaign's wins.

Your project agreement will have the full terms for your specific campaign. Typically, if you need to stop your campaign for any reason prior to completing your retainer with us you will need to provide 30-day written notice. Due to the nature of our work, our fees are non-refundable.
