Yes! Prior to purchasing your template, you will need to create a Squarespace trial account. Wait to purchase your account until after your template has been installed though because you can save 20% off your first year. YAY for savings some moolah!

Your new template will be added as a new 7.1 trial website to your Squarespace dashboard. You can then manually add in your content from your old website to your new one. If you have a lot of blog content or have questions about this process give us a shout before you purchase for recommendations.

Any design elements you see can be customized! This includes the colors and fonts used as well as all of the photos, text, page titles and even the pages included. You can remove pages used in the template as well as add additional ones.

Yes! Squarespace is an awesome platform because it’s scalable. While the templates may not include these pages, you can add an e-commerce store, blog, sell courses or have a membership on your website. You can learn more about the capabilities of Squarespace here. Please note some of these services have add-on fees from Squarespace.

If you already purchased your domain through another service (Godaddy, Google, etc.) that’s totally okay. Your course will teach you how to connect it. If you don’t have a domain name yet that’s fine too! Your subscription includes one for free for your first year. We also have a training on this process!

Yes! The templates have already been optimized for mobile. As you change the content you may need to make some updates though. Squarespace has a built-in mobile editor that uses the same drag-and-drop functionality and we provide training on how to update this.

The logo used in the design is only for demo purposes so you will not be able to customize or use that file. All photos have been sourced from stock photo websites though so you are welcome to keep those in your template if you like them.

Because of the digital nature of our products, all of our Squarespace templates are non-refundable. If you have any questions please reach out prior to purchase.

Yes, included with your template you’ll receive a full course to provide training. 2-weeks of email support is also included to answer any questions as you customize your website. Please note this only includes support for customizing the included design features & pages in your template. General Squarespace questions, further customizations, additional pages or features, and third-party integration support is not included.
Additional paid support is available after your 2-weeks expire or for expanded support. Please inquire for details.

Currently, our templates are meant to be a DIY product and we are not offering customization services. We do offer custom website design services if you find you need something more specialized though. You can learn more about our custom design services here.

Templates can be used for client projects, but in doing so you agree that you cannot claim that the design was created solely by your company. The template can also only be used once. If you would like to use it for multiple projects you will need to purchase the template again. For full licensing terms please review them here or reach out with any questions.
